The cheer leader outfit looks very cute on Hikaru-chan and gets the mood going quickly. She's always cute so once we get to see her white, frilly panty shorts it's full on. Underneath she's wearing a matching bra and panty set that don't quite fit the theme but, still look good on her. Nice touch with the matching socks and shoes as well.
